Q: When does this season start?

Opening weekend is the first weekend after Labor Day. Practices begin in March.
Q: Is there any other extra equipment I need to buy my child?

Your registration fee covers everything your child needs to play football

Q: How much is the registration fee this year?
A:
The 2023 season registration fee is

. This includes all equipment (except cleats and athletic supporter), referee fees, insurance, league dues, certification fees, and buses.
Q: Are there any extra costs besides registration?

Yes. Each year, we attend a training camp at the end of August. The cost ranges around

, which includes all meals and transportation. All teams will attend except for Peanuts. Camp will be held at
Iroquois Springs

Q: Where are practices and games held?
A:
Our home field is
Joseph Mafera Park
, located at 65th Place and Shaler Avenue in Ridgewood, Queens.
- The park is on a dead-end street with very limited parking.
- Double parking, parking on the sidewalk, or on the softball field is prohibited.
- Unattended illegally parked vehicles will be towed.
Q: How long is the season?
A:
Practices begin in the spring, and games start in the fall.
- Each team plays 8–10 regular season games .
- Playoffs include the first round and the Championship, which usually occurs the week of or before Thanksgiving.
Q: When are tryouts?
A:
There are
no tryouts
. We do not turn away players for any reason.
- Playing time must be earned.
- Coaches are not obligated to let a child play.
- Players who miss practice, don’t work hard, or don’t meet school obligations may not play.
Q: What is the refund policy?

Refunds are
not issued under any circumstances
, except in the event of a cancelled season.
